Agility Means rapidly undergoing transition i-e either to stop or started and change direction without a great loss of energy, speed and control over our Body
Ordinarily, it defines how much flexibility you are while playing basketball, football or while doing gymnastics or even during your daily exercise without losing your balance and coordination
Flexibility: ìMore you stretch, more you become flexibleî. When your joints are moving freely through a range of motion then your body is called flexible.
Balance and coordination: Balancing skill is required in great proportion in our routine life. If you are able to place your body steadily with respect to base support then the body is said to be giving a good balance. Coordination is the relation between your eye and muscle movements. Simple one leg balancing is the best example for better understanding.
Cardiovascular coordination: Lungs, heart and circulatory system are the parts of cardiovascular endurance. It is the ability of a person to perform physical activities like a climbing staircase or running a mile or playing a shuttle for long period of time. The most common and consistent physical activity is Aerobic Exercise on a daily basis. In short, cardiovascular coordination means body performing exercises intensely for an extended period of time.

Body Composition: Our body comprises of body fat and fat-free mass. Body fat is the one which is present in our muscle tissue under the skin. By now you would have concluded that body fat is life taking stuff. But before you judge, just contemplate! How are our internal organs protected?
The answer lies here: For a body to function properly, we require a certain amount of fat. Generally, a male needs 2-5% of body fat while a female needs 10-13% of body fat. Anything above the percentage is called excess fat. So it necessary to shed the excess fat in our body.
Fat-free Mass consists of connective tissues, muscles, internal organs, bones and water which is very important for the functioning is our body.
Muscular strength: typically refers to the potentiality of muscle, which exerts force against resistance. In simple, words, it means the maximum force you apply for your workout that may usually be for a short period of time.
Muscular Endurance: This purely depends on your muscular strength.
ìMore the strength, the more you will repeat your workouts, the longer you extend, the better you areî.
Power: It explains to us about the muscular power which we hold. It is the ability of a person to apply his maximum force in the least time.
Speed of reaction time is all about how quick you reciprocate to the stimulus. This quality is very essential in sports. For example, in soccer a goalie saving a goal. That explains how quick he moved while saving a goal.
